Level Sensor

Level sensors are generally used to measure the level of substances in liquid form. Level measurements can be continuously monitored and tracked thanks to these sensors. Level sensors measure the level to a certain extent, indicating whether the liquid level in the container or tank is too high or too low, and inform us via analog or digital displays. The position of the float, which moves on the tube, changes according to the liquid level. The electronic circuit inside the tube electrically transmits the level of the float to the display. Level sensors, which work with this simple logic, are especially used in boats for measuring the levels of fuel, water, and wastewater tanks. Although the working principle is the same, we can summarize it under 3 main headings.

*Resistor level sensors: These are manufactured specifically for analog or digital displays.

*4-20mA level sensors: Generally manufactured for PLC systems.

*Contact output level sensors: These are manufactured to meet specific needs such as pump start/stop and upper/lower level alarms.
