American Odyssey batteries are designed for operation in the most demanding conditions. They are TPPL (Thin Pure Plate Lead) AGM type batteries using pure lead plates. They can deliver very high current instantaneously and, thanks to their deep cycle capability, can withstand discharges down to -80% 400 times. They have a lifespan three times longer than traditional marine batteries.
